I preferred the ending to the rough cut better.

Music is super loud and a little distorted in places.

I loved the blood on the frame shot.

Sound effects worked brilliantly (light bulb). Good pacing. More variety of shots.

Could be less predictable?

Have the scream play over intertitles.

End editing could be more dramatic.
